Do not rent this 15 person chalet with 2 flats (5 and 10 persons) if you dream of a jacuzzi, sauna or swimming pool. There are none!
But the chalet offers all the comforts, walking distance to the shops and gondola and is ideal for several families.
The Chalet stands in Morillon village centre, right next to the Tourist Office and just a few minutes' walk from the gondola lift. (With sufficient snow cover, the Labérieu slope allows you to ski back to the chalet.) Also close to the shops (minimarket, bakery, tobacconist's and chemist), and several restaurants near the lake, Lac Bleu. The chalet is split into 2 apartments (to sleep 5 and 10) which do not connect from the inside but have adjacent front doors.
An ideal solution to remain independent on a holiday with another family or group of friends. Recently renovated and very well equipped.

The Chalet is rented out as a single unit during school holidays but the apartments can be rented separately during school term time, including for short stays of a minimum of 4 nights.
Downstairs apartment
On the ground floor, a living room with woodburner stove and open-plan kitchen (induction hob), 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.6x2m) and 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (2 of 0.80x2m and 1 fold-up bed of 0.9x1.8m), and a shower room with Italian shower, Japanese toilet, washing machine and dryer. Subfloor heating. Sunny patio.
Upstairs apartment
On the 1st floor, a living room with woodburner stove and open-plan kitchen (induction hob), 1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 shower room, 1 shower room with toilet and washing machine/dryer, plus a separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor, 2 attic bedrooms, 1 with a double bed (1.6x2m) and 1 with 2 single beds (which can be pushed together into a double) and a mezzanine with 4 beds. Electric heating. Sunny balcony.
Private car park for up to 3 or 4 cars.
We kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the chalet.
