Mini-raft

The mini-raft is a craft for four people. You are in control so you have all the excitement. Fun guaranteed!

Age minimum : 14 ans

Equipment to bring: a swimsuit, a pair of trainers, a mask Recommendation: remove jewellery (including wedding rings)

Get the full Haute-Savoie experience, from Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval to Samoens, through the beautiful Tines Gorges... Maybe you've already been rafting and you thoroughly enjoyed it? Come and try out the smaller version: the 'mini-raft'!

These rafts are suitable for 3 or 4 people and you will be sailing it almost on your own down the river (your guide will be there but in a separate raft).
A sporting challenge where coordination between participants is paramount!
One of you will 'take the helm' and will guide the raft while the others will be rowing!

An 8km-descent on this lightweight group raft. You'll need to be able to count on each other and keep the same pace to be able to take on the river Giffre and its white water rapids!
Nobody will be able to just sit back and let the others do the work. You'll all need to do your part. What about the surroundings? Yes, the setting is very beautiful! But you'll need to have your eyes on the water, to anticipate the movements and the current... A very different way of exploring this beautiful place in our region.

The guide will give you a briefing beforehand and give you some tips on how to manage the river and some rafting techniques before you 'take the plunge'.
