Technical equipment provided. Bring long and warm clothes for the upper and lower body, hiking shoes or trainers or boots. Possibility to take a camera. From 5 years old accompanied by an adult. From 8 years old, alone.
Caving is an activity of discovery par excellence and will take you to the heart of the earth: stalactites, stalagmites, draperies... but also underground rivers to discover. Accessible to the greatest number. Our caving instructors will introduce you to the different techniques of progression: walking, abseiling... We offer outings adapted to all levels.
Grotte de Balme, ideal for an introduction to caving, with the family (from the age of 5), or with friends
Count on 3 hours of activity: 10mn of approach walk and 2h30 underground.

Grotte de Mégevette, more sportive, initiation to technical caving
Count on 3 hours of activity: 25mn of approach walk and 2h30 underground.
This cave has slides, galleries, handrails, climbing and de-climbing.
Grotte de l'Ermoy, at the foot of the Criou. Accessible from the age of 14 for those with previous caving or climbing experience, introduction to caving techniques of abseiling and fixed rope climbing. Quite physical.
