Follow a wide forest path to the right which leads above the hamlet of Têtes (1,450m), an ancient Alpine village, as you can see from the pasture land that is still used today. 1/ Then after around 500 m, follow a quite steep forest path to the left until you reach the Chalet de Veruy (1,570m). From there you’ll have a beautiful view of the Col de Joux Plane, the Pointe de Chamossière and Pointe de la Bourgeoise. 2/ After the chalet, go along the track to the left that leads onto a small footpath until the end of the trail, via Jacquicourt Chapel. 3/ After the Chapel, the itinerary leads down through the forest and then along a narrow road until you get back to the departure point.
